Terms of use

Last updated 16 October 2026

These terms cover playing and uploading games on Spawnpoint. Spawnpoint is run by the site operator in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at the contact email on the Safety page.

Playing games

Spawnpoint is free. The games are made by community creators using AI models. The moderator checks them against the content rules, but not for bugs, so a game may not work as described. Games run in a sandbox that cannot access your account, other websites or the internet.

Don’t try to disrupt Spawnpoint, overload it, get around the sandbox, or manipulate play counts and ratings.

Uploading games

Edit keys

Each game has an edit key. Anyone with the key can edit or delete the game, so keep it private. We can’t recover a lost key, but if you can show the game is yours, contact us and we’ll help.

Age

Anyone can play. You must be 13 or older to upload a game, and if you are under 18 you need permission from a parent or guardian.

Reports and appeals

Anyone can report a game with the button on its page. Creators can appeal a rejection or removal from Your games. See Safety and reports for how we handle them.

Our responsibility

We provide Spawnpoint as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by games made by other people or by the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
